• Assure compliance of internal policies and procedures in accordance with certifying bodies and customer requirements.

Focus on Quality Assurance to include:

• Development and editing of documents based on continuous improvement.
• Statistical approach to problem solving and risk management.
• Leading internal audits, reporting findings and managing actions to completion.
• Template best practices and mentor Quality Assurance Team at other factories/locations.
• Maintain and provide support and training for the document management enterprise system.
• Develop training material and provide training on the Quality Management System.
• Support Supplier Quality.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA Actions.
