Quality Engineer

JASARA PMC, a leading project management and engineering company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards. You will collaborate with project teams to implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and address any quality-related issues throughout the project lifecycle. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.

• Implement and monitor quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Identify and report non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on quality-related matters.
• Prepare quality assurance documentation, including inspection reports and checklists.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality performance.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in quality management.
