POSITION SUMMARY

Formulating and approving policies and procedures which will ensure proper management and efficient operation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Certificate in Quality Auditing Techniques and or training in Quality Management.
4 to 5 years plus experience in all things “quality” for Aviation

• The facilitation of hazard identification, risk analysis, and management.
• Monitoring of the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks identified by the organization and to evaluate their results/effectiveness.
• Providing periodic reports on safety performance.
• The maintenance of safety management documentation.
• The safety management training to be available, planned and meets acceptable standards.
• Providing advice on safety matters.
• The initiation and the follow-up of internal occurrence/accident investigation.
• Actively promotes corporate culture for safety.
• Publishing the annual safety program.
• Reporting to the ACE on matters related to flight safety.
• Safety communication and promotion.
• Supervision of the flight data monitoring program.
• Cooperation with the nominated person to identify potential hazards to flight safety.
• The overall reporting system and the evaluation of the reports to identify trends and weaknesses.
