Jobprofile

• Creates, updates, develops and verifies the CMM Measurement Programs and Measurement Instructions for coordinate measuring equipment.
• Performs training of CMM technicians to ensure measurement according to current specifications.
• Plans and ensures the flow of measured materials in CMM laboratories, the entry and exit of the respective measured material samples (products, subassemblies and components from the supplier)
• Monitors the degree of load on each measuring equipment for optimal and balanced operation.
• Performs statistical evaluation of measurements using specific software.
• Creates, updates, develops and verifies the related verification instructions for equipment in metrological records.
• Plans and ensures the calibrations of the equipment that are performed externally.
• Provides specialized technical support for the implementation of new projects or the implementation of changes required by the client

Requirements

• Technical university degree.
• Knowledge of advanced technical drawing.
• Professional experience in the fields of production / logistics or comparable functions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong team spirit.
• Knowledge of MS Office package.
• Ability to think “out of the box”.
• Experience working with conventional measuring devices.
• Advanced knowledge of English and / or German.
• Work experience in PC Dmis, Qs STAT, Solara, Minitab.
• Seriousness and flexibility
