ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position involves contributing to all phases of development, from initial planning to final deployment, with the primary goal of maintaining adherence to company-established quality standards. Additionally, the role requires managing quality-related data and addressing customer-specific requirements to ensure the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Test Planning

• Estimate and provide test strategy based on complexity of requirements.
• Prioritize and plan test activities based on business impact analysis.

Test Case Development

• Create detailed and well-structured test cases based on requirements and process.
• Design tests that can be converted to automated test scripts.

Test Execution and Monitoring

• Execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Analyze and document test results.
• Monitor ticket status and resolution.

Test Innovation

• Create tools to improve test efficiency.

Process Improvement

• Propose process improvement to existing business process flows.
• Propose improvements to existing quality engineering and testing processes.

Participate in Scrum Events

• Attend and contribute to scrum events.
