To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management for the Ebner Group. This critical role supports our goal of ensuring the highest standards in product quality, environmental responsibility, and employee safety.
Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of management systems (Organizational Handbook) for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), Health, and Safety (ISO 45001)
- Monitoring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal and external standards in the areas of quality, environment, and occupational safety
- Conducting certification audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949) as well as internal process and system audits, including initiation, tracking, and verification of corrective actions
- Developing and implementing measures for continuous improvement of quality, environmental, and safety standards
- Analyzing processes and systems to identify potential improvements in quality, environmental, and workplace safety areas
- Coordinating and conducting risk analyses, as well as preparing reports and statistics on quality, environmental, and safety indicators
- Identifying improvement opportunities and developing measures for continuous quality enhancement and reduction of environmental impacts
- Collaborating with various departments to achieve quality, environmental, health, and safety goals
- Training and raising awareness among employees in relevant areas to foster a safer and more sustainable work environment
