We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Engineer Summer Trainee to join our TOTAL Mac team. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a great team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic quality engineering environment, working on cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the development and maintenance of production-grade cybersecurity products.
Our team focuses on delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions, utilizing automation, manual testing, and continuous improvement to ensure our products meet the highest standards. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in test automation, quality assurance practices, and software reliability, all while contributing to a product that protects millions of users globally.
What you’ll be doing
As a summer trainee, you’ll work closely with experienced developers and quality engineers to support ongoing quality assurance projects. Your primary focus will include:
Developing and enhancing the test automation system for the TOTAL Mac product.
Assisting with the maintenance of the existing test automation framework.
Implementing new test cases and refining requirements in collaboration with developers.
Performing manual testing to ensure product reliability and compliance.
This is a 3–4 month program starting in May or June 2025, offering valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting while contributing to meaningful initiatives.
What we’re looking for

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Familiarity with tools such as Xcode, Terminal, Swift, shell scripting, or Python scripting is a plus.
Basic understanding of macOS or experience with macOS virtualization is beneficial.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Relevant coursework or projects in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
Near completion or completion of a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
