SHORT DESCRIPTION

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled organized and outcome driven AI QE Manager, to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI models and systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quality engineering and Testing methodologies, know-how of AI technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional AI products.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: $151,421 - $171,987(Annual Gross)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI concepts.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI services.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Experience with bias detection and mitigation techniques.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for AI models and systems.
• Design robust test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
• Guide the team in conducting various testing types including unit, functional, performance, robustness, bias, and fairness testing.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and tools, such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, BLEU, and FID.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand model architecture and identify testing requirements.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize statistical methods and metrics to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI testing methodologies and tools.
• Track the QA activities and ensure the quality of delivery. Reporting the status of QA activities to all stakeholders.
