In this role you will be providing assurance and support for operational quality and safety for an identified number of Specialist Schools and Residential settings, as well as providing guidance, coaching and auditing to achieve desired results.
A responsive, flexible and proactive approach is required, whilst supporting Senior Leadership Teams to develop and improve the quality of the practice and services provided.
