Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Improvement Specialist, HR Operations to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing service delivery, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to achieve operational excellence. You will also be involved in creating standard work procedures and completing systems testing to ensure our HR processes are efficient and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within a HR shared services organization supporting employees
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR ServiceNow, phone and chat tools
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems including HCM, recruiting and learning tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
  • Create and maintain training resources for HR shared services team members
  • Onboard and train new HR Shared Services staff
  • Quality Management:
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance service quality.
  • Create and maintain standard work procedures for HR shared services
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct systems testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of HR systems to meet HR Shared Services needs
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, improvement initiatives, and project outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
