DESIGNATION : Quality Inspector - PHP

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum ITE certification with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn new skills, with passion for quality.
• Troubleshooting skill knowledge will be an advantage.

• To understand quality requirements and standards and verify conformance in production line.
• To analyse audit findings to minimise process non-conformances in the production line.
• To accurately record and communicate observations from audit/inspection to affected parties and team.
• To inspect sub-assemblies and finished product, both visually and functionally.
• To work in factory environment, which will involve walking around with appropriate attire and safety PPE.
• To observe required factory and safety rules, when performing daily duties.
• To provide accurate reports to engineers and managers on a timely basis.
• To provide suggestions for improvements or highlight challenges encountered.
