We are looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect components and assembled products to join our Quality department in our Florida site.

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and, interpret engineering drawings
  • Familiar with Industrial / Aerospace specifications including ISO9001 and AS9100, Military Specifications and manufacturing instructions
  • Must be willing to train co-workers in aspects of Inspection
  • Written and verbal communication skills required. Candidate will be expected to communicate in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to follow company processes, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Incoming inspections, In process Inspection and Final Inspection.
  • Arrange proper documentation packages for first article Inspection requirements and customer requirements.
  • Maintain ESD integrity within production environment where necessary.
  • Maintain a clean safe work environment and contribute to the 6S program and Lean concepts.
  • Ensure nonconforming material is properly segregated according to procedures and controlled until properly dispositioned.
  • Work required over-time as needed to support Customer deliveries.
  • Basic functional computer skills.
