Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan throughout all phases of construction
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company quality procedures, client requirements, project specifications, and applicable German regulations
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews to identify non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to resolve quality issues effectively and efficiently
• Manage quality documentation, including inspection records, test certificates, quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and close-out documentation
• Ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications, DIN standards, applicable Eurocodes, and client quality requirements
• Support the handover process by ensuring quality documentation and project close-out records are complete and compliant
• Participate in project meetings, site walks, and client inspections, providing quality leadership and guidance to project stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the project team

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Quality Lead, Quality Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer on large-scale construction, mission-critical, data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance processes, and inspection requirements
• Knowledge of German construction regulations, DIN standards, applicable Eurocodes, and quality management systems
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality auditing practices
• Experience managing quality documentation and inspection processes on complex construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary project team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software systems
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills would be a distinct advantage
