ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Extensive previous experience in a Quality role in Energy industry in either an Operator or tier 1 Contractor environment, supporting all elements of operations including Supply Chain, Engineering, Fabrication, Maintenance & Integrity, Construction, Drilling, Well control, etc.
  • Experienced in the International Performance Standard certification assessment process, primarily ISO9001:2015.
  • Qualified Lead Auditor with experience of performing both internal and external audits.
  • Experience and strong understanding of Subcontractor inspection activities.
  • Have experience engaging and influencing senior management of the leadership team across the regions in order to obtain stakeholder buy-in and implement strategies and initiatives.
  • Awareness and understanding of documentation and certification requirements for temporary equipment.
  • Understanding of independent verification activities and the role of verification organisation.
  • Knowledge of/experience auditing to ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1/Q2 is desirable.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Numerate and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Committed to Continuing Professional Development.
