We are recruiting to fill the position below:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • B.Sc in Engineering, occupational health, safety, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience.
  • Professional certifications in HSE
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Work experience in Healthcare is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

HSE Management:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs that comply with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, environmental laws).
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Provide HSE training to employees, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and understand safety procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and ensure that corrective actions are taken as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality and HSE activities, including audits, inspections, training records, and incident reports.
  • Prepare reports on quality and HSE performance for management review.
  • Develop and maintain a system for documenting and controlling quality and HSE-related documents.
