Description:
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION INCLUDE:
- College degree in a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality management, ideally in an electronic assembly environment.
- Knowledge of Mastercard Global Terminal Quality Management (TQM) program would.
- Must have the ability to work with various cultures in a global team.
- Must be able to make effective and independent business decisions.
- A solid understanding of quality system requirements and quality tools such as 8D, Cause & Effect Diagram (fishbone), control plans, SPC, FMEA and demonstrated analytical skills to use the data driven approach to solve customer quality issues.
- Understanding and proven work experience with quality, lean and waste elimination processes and tools ensuring continuous improvement.
