Description:
Championing Quality in Radiotherapy Care – Driving Excellence through Leadership and Innovation
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to take on the pivotal role of Quality System Manager in our Radiotherapy Department. This dynamic role encompasses the entire Radiotherapy Department, including Radiotherapy Physics, Radiographers, Consultants, and Administrative staff. As the custodian of the Quality System, you will ensure its maintenance and ongoing development, guaranteeing compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Quality System Management : Maintain and develop the Radiotherapy Department’s Quality System, ensuring adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Team Collaboration : Regularly update the management team via the Radiotherapy Management Review meetings.
Policy and Procedure Oversight : Ensure consistent operation and monitoring of departmental policies and procedures to uphold high standards of patient care.
Problem Resolution : Actively manage issues by reporting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Training & Development : Plan, prepare and deliver training programs related to the Quality System and Q-Pulse software.
Documentation Management : Oversee the administration of approximately 700 documents within the Q-Pulse system, requiring a dedicated full-time position.
Data Analysis & Auditing : Collate and analyse quality data, manage audits and address Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
