Our R&D efforts cover security, safety, access control, video machine learning/AI, 3D vision, and camera sensors and lenses.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering/Operations Quality Manager to join our Video Engineering team to assist in ensuring product quality across our video platform products. This role will have the responsibility to ensure the continued high level of quality of all video products (hardware and software) as well as grow and manage our quality team, and improve our quality processes across the organization. The successful candidate will be working closely with our video hardware and firmware engineering teams as well our operations team and technical partners.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and management of the company quality processes – both Engineering and Operations focused
- Managing, growing, and training the quality team at the Auckland location
- Operations responsibilities including the manufacturing test and assembly quality of all products shipping from this location
- Engineering quality including the firmware, hardware and software quality of all products designed at this location
- Interfacing with product management teams, engineering design and development teams, customer service teams, as well as the ODMs who manufacture our products
- Role reporting to Director or Engineering and spans both Engineering and Operations domains
