JOB SUMMARY

Sasken Finland Oy serves domestic and global customers in the design and development of hardware and software products and provides services for industries such as Telecommunication, Industrials and Defense, Medical, and Satcom. Sasken Finland has a strong track record of successfully delivering R&D product programs with high-end expertise in wireless technologies.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Finland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality management system, ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards and regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective quality practices.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop, implement and maintain the quality management system in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate processes and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding quality-related issues and improvements.
  • Be as a Quality representative for Finland and co-operate with our Corporate level Quality Organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 and other quality tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish or other languages is a plus.
