They are looking for a Quality Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Technical management of a team of 4 employees (2direct reports), direct reporting line to the Group Quality Director.
- Maintenance of current certifications according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Tasks around sustainability (Packaging Regulation, Battery Law, WEEE, EN 2023/1115 Deforestation Regulation, LkSG; EN 2023/988 Product Safety, Conflict Material Report. (3TG), SVHC/ REACH, SAQ Sustainability, SEDEX)
- Ensuring a consistently high level of quality throughout the company and compliance with the agreed/specified quality targets.
- Continuous recording of quality-relevant data, analysis of quality indicators and derivation of alternative courses of action and their implementation.
- Planning and conducting internal audits.
- Managing the monitoring, analysis, auditing and improvement of all quality-relevant processes.
- Ensuring production quality by contributing to the control of production processes.
- Organization of complaint checks and analysis as part of quality assurance.
