Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officers to join our team full-time, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
As part of our growing team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring that every supplement we produce adheres to rigorous quality controls and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within food, supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, RMP, HACCP, and other relevant industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure strict adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Maintain and oversee quality control procedures throughout all stages of production.
- Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols.
- Investigate product issues or defects and implement corrective actions with production teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), RMP(Risk Management Programmes) and HACCP.
- Collect and analyze quality data, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Train and educate staff on quality control practices and ensure consistent compliance.
