QUALIFICATIONS

Your experiences include:

• Educational background degree in health, natural science, or similar.
• 3+ years’ experience with quality and production requirements including knowledge of GMP, preferably from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Project management/ coordination.
• High quality is a trademark for you, and you naturally utilise LEAN in your way of working.
• Fluency in English and Danish is required.

You can set direction and thrive in a dynamic environment where there are changing priorities and new challenges in daily work and development whilst keeping track of deadlines and goals.

• Acting as a quality ambassador to the department, reporting directly to the department manager and being part of the leadership team.
• Interacting daily with all employees in the department (operators, skilled workers, and academics) and will support them with quality training, GMP understanding, and coaching.
• You will be an important driver in succeeding with quality improvements by guiding, coaching, and challenging your stakeholders.
• You will play an important and indispensable role in planning and taking part in audits and inspections from the authorities.
• The primary driver in bringing new ideas and creative ways to life to ensure we can obtain and sustain a deeply integrated quality culture in the department and continuously improve our quality mindset. This includes idea generation, planning, implementation, and process confirmation
