The Quality & Process Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency within the organization. This position involves creating and maintaining quality documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, and conducting training to enhance employee awareness of quality management practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting process goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinating the implementation of process workflows. They will analyze existing processes, collaborate with various departments to expand the process landscape, and propose innovative solutions for process optimization and automation.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in process and quality management preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with process management methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Basic understanding of quality management methods and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, structured thinking.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct training and raise awareness among employees of quality management practices.
- Process Planning: Set and define process goals.
- KPI Definition: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and corresponding measurement systems, including process benchmarking.
- Process Coordination & Implementation: Coordinate, manage, and implement process workflows.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and document existing processes (e.g., process mapping, process house).
- Process Development: Collaborate closely with other departments to expand the process landscape.
- Optimization Proposals: Develop proposals for process optimization and automation.
