THE POSITION

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

  • Play a leading role in shaping Quality & Risk Management in investment projects.
  • Provide quality and risk input to strategies, policies and procedures as required to ensure they remain compliant, relevant and current.
  • Lead, drive and facilitate the project assurance program, including both audit planning and management.
  • Manage customer focus and stakeholder engagement to understand the needs and requirements.
  • Create and influence continuous improvement in the projects, processes and deliveries.
  • Actively contribute to experience transfer and development of best practices for work processes and tools across investment projects.

We are now looking for highly skilled Quality and Risk Managers that can prioritize and support strong business cases. The new Quality & Risk Managers need to be able to energize and create empowerment in Projects and in the Management team.

  • A Master’s degree.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience from projects and business development/execution.
  • Knowledge and experience within Quality and Risk Management processes, preferably experience within related project management work processes (engineering, procurement, project control or similar).
  • Dynamic and charismatic leaders, empowering and inspiring confidence in others. Good contractual understanding and commercial mindset.
  • Proactive user of relevant networks and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Able to constructively challenge and drive business case improvements.
  • Strong awareness of various international cultures and local contents or settings which influence project drivers, deliveries and outcomes.
  • Good English skills, both orally and written. Norwegian language skills is also an advantage.
