Nutripack Olen, a subsidiarie of Groupe Impact, is specialized production site in the manufacturing of packaging solutions through thermoforming molding for the food industry (bakeries, chocolate factories, and agri-food businesses, among others).
The site currently employs around ten people and aims to grow.
In a context of organizational and material transformation and reporting to the Quality/Production Manager
Responsibilities :
Your missions as a QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) Assistant will include :
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards regarding quality, safety, and environment.
- Developing and updating QSE documents and procedures, as well as risk management systems.
- Proposing improvement measures and adaptations to workstations to ensure that staff work in safe conditions, and, if necessary, supporting the implementation of new installations.
- Planning medical visits, analyzing and monitoring workplace accidents, and implementing appropriate actions.
- Promoting the QSE policy to staff and raising their awareness of the current rules and standards.
- Organizing mandatory safety training.
- Conducting on-site audits.
- Continuing the implementation and monitoring of QSE indicators.
