JOB SUMMARY

The Quality, Safety, and Risk Healthcare (QSR) Coordinator at Centric Health 7th Floor RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dublin D16 FC92 plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance within the organisation. This position involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of quality management, safety protocols, and risk assessment to support the organisation’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and staff safety.
Job Title: Quality & Safety Healthcare Administrator - Centric Health – Hybrid Role
Location: 7th Floor, RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Rd, Dublin, D16 FC92
Position Type: Part-Time – Monday – Friday (flexible)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Department: Quality Safety and Risk
Reports To: Aine Donovan – Director of Quality Safety & Risk Centric Health

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Provide training and educational sessions on quality, safety, and risk management.
Keep staff and healthcare providers informed about changes in regulations and best practices.
Coordinate training sessions as required
Maintain training records
Provide training reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification in quality, health & safety healthcare management, nursing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in quality management, safety, or risk management in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to patient & staff safety.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

Good communications skills
Travel to various practices when required and present in the Support Office when required (must have own car and full drivers licence)
IT Skills to a high level: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
