Job Purpose
Ensure that large scale or stratigic projects are continously executed according to Sontractual Scope of Work, Quality Management system and processes and in accordance with TechnipFMC core values in order to deliver successfully to end Customer. As well as follow up quality requirements and implement Quality Functions strategi and objectves in the project orgnization.

Job Description

  • Review Contract requirements and establish the Project Quality Plan and other quality deliverables and updated as needed during the project lifecycle.
  • Mobilize Project Quality team and establish Quality organization chart. Implement quality planning to ensure project is executed in accordance with quality requirements. Implement Project quality management according to internal and customer requirements.
  • Establish and follow up project related quality KPI’s • Establish client communication routine and relationship within quality work.
  • Manage and coordinate QA and QC activities in the project. Assure Implementation of Project Inspection and Test plan.
  • Facilitate, manage and implement the Risk Management process in the projects when agreed. Establish and execute the Project Audit Plan. Responsible for that NCR managed including One Pager and Quality Alert when needed according to processes until NCR is closed.
  • Responsible that audits / verification are logged in system and actions are closed in timely manner. Lead / Execute / Facilitate / Support / Participate in Quality RCA and Investigations. Responsible for that Lessons Learned are captured and logged according to internal requirements. Attend project meetings, design reviews, criticality ratings, meetings and vessel call as required.
  • Responsible for reporting major NCRs including of follow up of Value Destruction, audit status, Quality Risk for applicable project (s). Facilitate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives through CAPA and local and global teams within TechnipFMC.
  • Proactively address improvement and feedback To Global Business Management Systems. Promotes a Quality culture on the project/ site, ensuring implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of quality standards and systems.

You are meant for this job if:

  • University degree or equivalent education within a relevant engineering, science, nautical discipline
  • Good verbal and written English and preferably Norwegian.
  • Knowledge of applicable Norwegian Acts & Regulations, NORSOK standards and ISO standards
  • Training or good understanding of Root Cause Analysis tools and investigation methodologyWork experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)
  • Preferably more 5 years’ experience with quality management in technology projects.
  • Experience and competence from execution of Audits/ Revisions. Certification as Auditor is preferred.
  • Experience from working with multi-discipline experience across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and preferably from offshore related industry or other industry with high requirements to Quality.
  • Experienced in TechnipFMC and Client Quality Systems, Control and Quality surveillance requirements.
