• Responsible for owning and improving the end to end quality solutions and processes for Bytedance products, ensuring strong adherence and implementation across regions.
• Design and develop moderation quality solutions and strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Trust and Safety to define and implement comprehensive moderation quality strategies that align with the company’s values, policies, and industry best practices.
• Define and establish clear quality standards and metrics for moderation operation (including metrics definition, target setting, etc.). Develop methodologies for measuring and monitoring quality, and implement mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic quality initiatives involving planning, organizing, and partnering with key cross-functional teams, Quality Insights, Quality Implementation, Quality Operations and Training & Performance teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives, and conduct an in-depth analysis of existing moderation processes, tools, and policies to identify areas for improvement in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Lead and drive transformational initiatives to optimize moderation practices, including solutions redesign, technology implementation, and automation strategies.
• Partner closely with the Quality Insights team to analyse and understand data insights on quality performance globally.
• Partner with Quality Implementation teams to drive change management on a global scale. Gather feedback from Quality Implementation Specialists on each aspect of the solution, and resolve issues.
• Partner with Quality Operations and Training & Performance teams to ensure effective training solutions are in place for quality measurement solutions.
• Participate in key T&S industry events/groups, and leverage industry best practices to ensure Bytedance is at the leading edge of quality solutions to ensure the safety of our online community
