Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team located in Berkeley, MO.
This position will be supporting the F-15 program onsite working closely with production planning and be responsible for Non-Conformance Reviews (NCR), continuous improvement planning, assembly work support, and reviewing any impacts to the production line. Successful candidates will have experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), NCR, Materials planning and quality inspection.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in Quality
• Experience in inspection
• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Experience in aerospace industry
• Experience in Non-Conformance Review
• Experience in Materials Planning
