Responsibilities:
- Drive performance on key elements of the KPI Quality Scorecard, including Cost recovery, Safety, Right First Time, Consumer Complaints, Carbon, Water, Wastage, etc., ensuring monthly review meetings and reporting are completed in a timely manner.
- Work alongside Demand and Supply Planning to deliver effective supply chain performance, quality products, and ongoing continuous improvement for process, product, and pack.
- Partner with group compliance and quality functions to ensure all Britvic PLC standards and policies are met and appropriately audited.
- Support the implementation and review of Quality Plans and Systems, including HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP, with Co-Manufacturers.
- Support overall project management, including supplier auditing, onboarding of new Co-Packers, and supporting from a Business as Usual point.
- Support project delivery with Contract Manufacturers while managing the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring product testing is completed and reviewed where applicable.
- Complete site visits and audits to ensure group compliance and quality standards and policies are met and appropriately audited.
- Ensure product traceability for finished goods and raw materials, with minimum annual testing to be completed with contract manufacturers.
- Ensure governance and maintenance of Britvic Standards with contract manufacturers and Britvic owned manufacturing sites.
- Support problem-solving and issue resolution to rectify quality failures and ensure Root Cause Analyses are completed and shared.
