As a Quality Specialist, you will join our quality department and work closely together with the laboratory, production, application, QA, and product management. We will provide a thorough onboarding to ensure you have a great start to the job.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handling complaints regarding quality issues
• Working with nonconforming products/productions in association with our production team to secure conformity
• Handling products out of specification
• Cooperate with lab technicians, production, and product specialists to optimize our setup concerning changes of instructions, changes of analyses, etc.
• Handling different requests from customers
• Follow up on nonconforming raw materials
• Support to release
