About your opportunity
Fixed Term Temporary full-time, up to 12 months
Support all acute, residential aged care, Multi purpose and primary health care services within the Rural Hospitals Service Group, in attaining accreditation and associated activities against their respective standards. This includes:
- The Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS).
- The National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards (NSQHS) for acute facilities, inclusive of the Aged Care Module for Multi-Purpose Health Service facilities.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Practice Standards for aged care facilities.
- Provide site support where required during Aged Care facility survey visits, and accreditation surveys at acute facilities.
- Support completion of data recording including audit analysis and development of action plans and outcomes.
- Riskman monthly reporting functions including analysis of detailed reports including falls, pressure injuries, and medication, provide commentary and trending for reports, incident completion reports, trending, tracking of open incidents, reporting of National Aged Care Quality Indicators.
- Patient Safety alert management & monitoring.
