We´re currently looking for a Quality Support Specialist who will will play a critical role in supporting the Quality Management team by assisting with various quality processes, supporting high-level tasks, and ensuring adherence to standards.
This position requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in quality, who will work closely with the Quality Management Specialist and the Quality Process Specialist to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality systems. The Quality Support Specialist will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, assisting in management reviews, and providing necessary support in the continuous improvement of quality processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 27001 standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in tracking, reporting KPIs, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring follow-up actions for KPI deviations.
  • Experience in identifying risks within processes and supporting risk management activities.
  • Experience in supporting management reviews.
  • Able to work independently as well as in intercultural teams, often with country/senior management.
