SKILLS REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management and sustainability, with a strong track record in implementing and managing quality systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

As a Quality & Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s commitment to both quality management and sustainability. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes that ensure compliance with industry standards, enhance sustainability practices, and promote a culture of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work closely with the Quality & Sustainability Manager to oversee both sustainability and quality initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Sustainability Data Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct comprehensive data collection on sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, waste management, carbon emissions, and water usage.
• Analyse sustainability data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing sustainability and quality metrics, alongside industry trends.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its integration into all operational processes to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Equip staff with the necessary tools and knowledge to adhere to both sustainability and quality guidelines.

Reporting & Assessments

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for both sustainability and quality initiatives, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards sustainability goals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure sustainability and quality objectives are met and integrated into operations.
• Engage with external partners, such as suppliers and consultants, to gather necessary data and facilitate assessments.
