Your tasks

Main tasks:

• Development and maintenance of integrated quality management system documentation;
• Management of the documents related to the QMS (elaborate, control, and validate);
• Elaborates the Control Plan for new products and maintains the serial Control Plans updated in relation to the PFMEA output.
• Ensure the integration of Customer Specific Requirements in the internal procedures;
• Conducting and coordinating internal system audits according to IATF16949:2016, process audits acc, to VDA 6.3, product audits acc to VDA 6.5, 5S audits, and Layered Process Audits. Track the weaknesses identified and conduct analysis meetings to define countermeasures.
• Conducting unplanned audits in case of minor or major deviations in the system;
• Participates in audits carried out in the company: internal and external (including IATF 16949 certification);
• Participation in quality KPI reporting tasks and improvement projects;
• Communication of the company policy to all internal departments;
• Reporting to management (of the highest level) about the operation of the system;
• Conducting training related to the management system requirements in collaboration with the specific head of departments;
• Respect the confidentiality of the information which is accessible within the company;
• Comply with the internal regulations and internal procedures of the company;
• Comply with the instructions and requirements of management positions within the company.

Your profile

We are looking for:

• Advanced knowledge related to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 standards;
• Knowledge about ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
• VDA 6.3 Process Audit qualification;
• VDA 6.5 Product Audit qualification;
• Customer-specific requirements;
• Control Plan elaboration;
• Good communication skills in English language;
• At least 3 years in a similar quality system responsible position or 5 years in quality operations;
