YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role ideally within the chemical/food/health industry
• A Tertiary qualification in a related science field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) would be advantageous.
• Prior knowledge in supporting quality systems and coordination of a quality system across multiple sites
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office skills coupled with good SAP Knowledge
• Ideally an understanding of SharePoint
• Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead and facilitate projects across different business areas.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are currently searching for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our expanding Quality team in Melbourne.
The role is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management systems across Ixom. You will report into the Quality Systems Manager and work with the broader Quality team to ensure compliance to regulatory standards and customer requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and improve the IXOM Quality Management System and related documentation
• Support processes to govern the accuracy of content in IXOM product data and Quality processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and amend incorrect or missing information within the system.
• Play a key role in development of quality training modules and facilitate training for internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Support and coordinate the internal quality audit schedule and monitor progress to deliver
• Assist with integration of quality processes, systems and documents of businesses acquired by IXOM.
• Generation and review of computerised system life cycle documentation and related tasks
