TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Full driving license
  • Strong IT skills across the Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Legislation
  • Food process knowledge would be an advantage
  • Internal Auditing training or the equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience of QMS management

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and alignment of Food Safety and Quality systems across the MB UK & Ireland network to ensure full compliance to the relevant customer and external standards.
  • Ensuring full compliance across the UK & Ireland network with the relevant Food Safety legislation.
  • Drive standardisation across the network encompassing key learnings from DC’s within the Global business.
  • Responsible for managing the implementation and supporting with quality compliance audits across the MB UK & Ireland network.
  • Input into the development of DC/Network based quality strategy work streams that lead to a continuous Quality improvement culture within the business.
  • To ensure all DC standards and Quality initiatives are in line with customer expectations through regular proactive engagement with the key stakeholders.
  • Manage the reporting and review of quality KPI’s across the MB UK & Ireland network to drive continuous improvement.
  • To represent the Quality function on relevant major business projects to ensure delivery in a consistent way across the network.
