Responsibilities:

THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Rugeley & Fradley Park, Staffordshire, UK
Permanent, Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 16:30
Are you ready to take on a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in a large innovative nutritional business?
Do you have experience working in a production, manufacturing, or food environment and have a keen eye for detail?
Are you looking for a permanent position with consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30?

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

  • Analysis and release of incoming raw materials by Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR).
  • Can you conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods samples?
  • Do you have the ability to support the quality team in achieving business goals and addressing quality issues?
  • Are you meticulous in maintaining data integrity and providing supplier feedback on raw material performance?
  • Can you prepare samples for external analysis and promptly report out-of-spec results?
  • Are you proficient in conducting equipment calibrations and maintaining hygiene standards?
  • Do you have experience assisting in internal audits and supporting operations in addressing non-conformances?
