JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Mexico is looking for a Quality Technician for our Plant in Apodaca. As Quality Technician you will Support for Line Quality Engineer in order to assure quality in MCHE process manufacturing, follow up scrap and rework with daily reports, additional daily process audits to assure process controls based on Process Control Plan to reduce risks for Customer claims.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Follow up activities from action plan for scrap and rework reduction
• Daily report findings from process audits.
• Scrap report every shift, principal affectations.
• Follow up action plan for scrap reduction
• Validation of scrap material
• Follow up corrective actions implemented
• Assure Quality Inspector audit process controls from Furnace process.
• Assure Quality Inspector audit process controls from Brazing process.
• Assure Quality Inspector audit process controls from Beding process.
• Assure Quality Inspector audit process controls from Thermo fit process.
• Daily report about Hour x Hour in rework area.
• Daily report about inventory pending to be reworked material.
