Description:
THE VACANCY
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Technician within our Quality team in Perrin & Rowe, Wolverhampton.
Responsibilities:
IN A NUTSHELL YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within Perrin and Rowe, executing process control actions, and suggesting process improvements. Investigating non-conformities and containments and ensuring consistency within the measurement equipment, as well as collaborating closely with the Engineering,
FOR THIS ROLE WE WOULD NEED YOU TO DEMONSTRATE:
- Understanding, analysing and auditing Machine shop processes
- 5S standards at workplace
- The ability to engage with all departments on Quality issues
- Recording and analysing Quality KPIs Previous experience as a technician in a manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment, with a strong knowledge of production inspection.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for non-conformity analysis.
