Responsibilities:

  • After an initial training period you will be responsible to conduct plastic parts inspections (preforms & closures)
  • Execute a professional & standardized inspection plan with associated documentation (i.e. dimensional, performance, weight and visual)
  • You assure that our inspection strategy are well documented and globally aligned In addition, you will interact with our operation team members, as well as Quality Analyst to determine root cause of potential quality issues and support corrective and preventive action implementation
  • Work closely together with project engineering, quality & test team to secure information & project flow
  • Review & analysis of inspection data
  • Maintain laboratory tidiness & organization
  • Follow up on laboratory equipment calibration & working conditions

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate possesses a technician and or master degree in mechanics or plastics.
  • You have experience in CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) or plastic part design
  • Understanding of ISBD standard & test requirement will be an advantage
  • Understanding of process capability (Cm, Cpk…), control methods and ISO Quality Management Systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel
  • We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, willingness to take responsibilities and who enjoy teamwork.
  • As we function in an international working environment it is important that you have good English communication skills (written and verbal).
