Quality Technician

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our Quality team. Based in Piedras Negras-Mexico; the candidate will Provide assurance that assembled product is conforming to functional and specific requirements of the customer and assures the achievement of optimal quality for Prysmian. He has responsibility and authority to maintain all QA activities in the process.

Job responsibilities

• Process Audit.

LPA.

• Protype Inspection and Reports.
• Corrective Action Follow up.
• GP12 process.
• Containment Activities.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and service to other departments.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment.
• Making sure processes adhere to quality standards
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree Desired.

• Minimum 2 years Quality experience, preferably in automotive related industry.
• English Basic Desirable
• Desirable training in statistical process control.
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Knowledge of Process Audit
• Knowledge Corrective Action
• Metrology
• Schematic Drawing Interpretation
• Product Inspection
• Knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail.
• Analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Teamwork
