Description:
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Degree or equivalent in Law, Chemistry, or a role-specific qualification.
- Or equivalent experience in a similar field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a quality-focused role within a test house, retail environment, or legal consultancy.
- Familiarity with EU and NA legal systems, particularly in prosecuting or defending cases.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong working knowledge of EU and NA product laws and standards.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
- Bonus: Fluency in a European language (French, Spanish, or German preferred).

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quality Technologist, you’ll work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure our products are legally compliant, safe, and meet customer expectations. You’ll stay ahead of legal changes in the EU and NA, communicate updates to all stakeholders, and support our global quality functions. This hybrid role allows you to work three days a week from our Erdington HQ.
