EXPERIENCE:
- Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in Computer System Configuration and Validation; experience with GxP Systems is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills

The Quality Tech Solutions Systems Specialist will be part of a hard-working, impactful team. This role offers the chance to work in an environment where your contributions will have a genuine impact on the delivery of industry leading electronic Quality Management Systems Solutions that support our clinical research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and implement solutions in the Veeva Quality Suite to given specifications.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and agree system requirements.
- Provide support and problem-solving solutions for system-related issues.
- Maintain strict attention to detail in all system updates and configurations.
- Perform various aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle such as requirements writing, change control management and testing.
