As the Quality & Training Manager at the hotel, you ensure that our guests have a first-class experience and that our team knows exactly what it takes to make that happen. You understand people, notice the little details, and have a strong focus on quality. Your training sessions are engaging, interactive, and get our team job-ready.
Ss the “Guardian” of our brand standards, you regularly collaborate with our leadership team, supporting them in implementing these standards. You design and deliver training independently and professionally, always keeping an eye on the needs of the participants.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…

  • You come from either the operational hotel management or the human resources department and ideally have solid experience in the area of training, workshop facilitation, and personnel development.
  • Your expertise in personnel development instruments, training methodology, and didactics are up-to-date and well-founded. It would be great if you have completed a degree or specific training in these areas.
  • You are a “people person” and know how to motivate people.
  • You have a fantastic appearance, are charming, and convince with your professionalism.
  • You are a communication talent with good German and English language skills.
  • Your winning appearance, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality.
  • Your willingness to perform inspires the team to peak performance, and as a true team player, you support the leadership team professionally with your knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of training programs (preparation, coordination, and execution).
  • You ensure compliance with service standards in the hotel, especially with regard to current brand standards, and support their implementation.
  • You advise the leadership team on team development, personnel development, evaluations, and development opportunities.
  • You monitor guest satisfaction and work closely with the Guest Relations team to identify training needs and “need areas.”
  • You create quality and service reports to identify trends and developments.
  • You create a professional training plan and work closely with the leadership team to reflect the training needs and to enable the highest possible number of participants.
  • You monitor the digital training platform and motivate employees to complete their training on time.
  • You accompany our apprentices, interns, and students during their training and are responsible for their coordination and administration.
  • You share your expertise to enable professional knowledge transfer within the departments.
  • You are heavily involved in important HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and development programs.
  • You review external training offerings and organize their implementation (e.g. specialized training, fire safety training, etc.).
  • You use your creativity as a leading member of the Take Care team to provide our employees with unforgettable and enjoyable moments.
