As a Quality/ Validation Engineer you’ll be responsible for product validation of newly developed luminaires throughout the development project, so quality mindset and customer centricity must be in your DNA.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University or college degree in engineering, technology or any technical field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Ideally if you have the knowledge in quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., DFSS, FMEA)
  • Very good English skills (you will be a part of multinational team)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Open mindset and agility to learn
  • Customer focused
  • Team player with great communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and reliability of new products during the design stage according to the needs of the customer
  • Support that customer feedback is embedded in the product development process using CTQ-s (critical-to-quality parameters)
  • Being a part of the team of FMEA procedure (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Create quality test plan and execute it
  • Responsibility for final product certification
