Description:

My client are a specialist design and build office fit out contractor operating across the North West and wider areas. They deliver projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, offices, leisure and healthcare.
They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You’ll be working on CAT A & B fit out projects.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Ensure project costings are met
  • Reviewing and agreeing variations
  • Managing claims and payments
  • Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
  • Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
  • Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
  • Agree final account, secure retention release
