Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
- Process the documentation, representation and coordination with External Architects / Designers, Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Suppliers and Contractors for the updated material and labor cost implementation for Quantity Surveying requirements for all projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Licensed Civil Engineer is required

Responsibilities:
- Documentation, monitoring and coordination of all outputs and milestones of all construction stages of the Head Office Redevelopment Project
- Conduct site inspection and review plans, ensure all layout, specification and quantity are being followed and implemented as per approved cost proposal
- Reviews and evaluates all related construction conferences in all construction stages ensuring all requirements are met prior to implementation
- Coordinates with External Architects / Designers and Contractors relative to the implementation of projects, recommends and endorses payment for services rendered during and upon completion of projects
- Does Meeting Presentation of project milestones and updates report for the management regarding Monthly Cost Monitoring and Change Orders status if there any
- Process and evaluate Change Order request (Additive by vendors and Deductive as instructed by the management)
- Schedule and process bidding and recommend awarding of contract packages needed for the project
- Report the progress of all construction activities as well as Percentage of Completion, milestone updates through Construction Management Meeting
- Ensures all trade activities are completed in the scheduled timelines and milestone dates
- Review and evaluate Value Engineering items as proposed by the Architect or Construction Management and Implements cost efficiency and cost savings measure, wherever applicable as approved by the management
- Evaluates, reviews and recommends payment of billings in the GSG application system
- Monitors CMD billing process and ensures that this is within the prescribed turn-around time
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc projects and duties that may be assigned/required by management
