Description:
JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor specializing in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing the cost aspects of FF&E for various construction and refurbishment projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that project budgets are adhered to, and FF&E deliverables are met on time without compromising quality. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on FF&E.
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E procurement processes and cost management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and an understanding of local regulations is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets specific to FF&E components.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals for FF&E supplies and services.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure FF&E selections meet project specifications and budget constraints.
- Monitor FF&E procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Track project costs related to FF&E and provide regular financial reports to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in FF&E project execution.
- Conduct site visits to oversee FF&E installations and address any cost-related issues.
