Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To manage the costs relating to Office Fit Out, Learning Developments and Commercial Warehouse projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Fit Out sector.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
Ability to work on both fit out and refurbishment projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for a variety of fit out projects.
Manage cost planning, analysis, and control to ensure project efficiency.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage procurement and tender processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
